LAS VEGAS – American hard rock bands Great White and Slaughter will perform 1980s hits and more at the Eastside Events Center inside Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel at 5255 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, Nev. on Friday, February 1, 2014 at 8:30 p.m.

Great White, who formed in Los Angeles in 1977, gained popularity during the 1980s and early 1990s. The band released several albums in the late 1980s and gained airplay on MTV with music videos for songs such as "Once Bitten, Twice Shy." The band reached their peak popularity with the album Twice Shy in 1989.

Las Vegas’ own Slaughter formed in 1988 by lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Mark Slaughter and bassist Dana Strum. The band reached stardom in 1990 with their first album “Stick It to Ya,” which reached double platinum status in the United States. The album had several hits including "Up All Night," "Spend My Life," "Mad About You," and "Fly to the Angels."

LAS VEGAS – Rock and roll 1980s band Joan Jett and The Blackhearts will rock the stage in the Eastside Events Center at the Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel at 5255 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, Nev. on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 8:30 p.m.

Best known for their No. 1 hit record on the Billboard Hot 100 for nearly three months in 1982, "I Love Rock 'n' Roll," as well as other popular songs including "I Hate Myself for Loving You," "Do You Want to Touch Me," and "Bad Reputation.” In 1990, the band had a song on the Days of Thunder soundtrack, "Long Live the Night.”

Jett, a feminist icon as well as an American rock guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer and occasional actress, has three certified Platinum or Gold albums.

LAS VEGAS – The Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel at 5255 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, Nev. will be host to a string of specials and activities for Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
